Shipping & Delivery
We can deliver your Great Wall part to just about any address in New Zealand, smaller items are sent via courier and larger items with road transport companies.
Items sent via courier are able to be delivered to just about any address, however we recommend that if you live in an apartment building or in a complex with gates you choose to get your parts delivered to a more courier friendly address such as your work address. In the event that the courier can not gain access to your designated delivery address the parts will be returned to us and you will have to pay another delivery charge before receiving your parts!
As most couriers companies can not guarantee an exact delivery time, please don’t ask the courier to phone you before delivery, couriers are not paid extra to use their phone to call you, it’s your responsibility to make sure someone is available to accept delivery of your Great Wall parts order.
Larger items that are going via a road transport company (large truck) can not be delivered to a residential address, please make sure you give us a business address for large item deliveries as the trucking companies are not happy negotiating residential roads trying to deliver car parts.
Most deliveries via courier are an overnight delivery, however this excludes rural addresses and some smaller towns and out of the way areas, for these out of the way areas courier delivery can be up to 3~4 days.
Larger items that are on road transport have a variable delivery of anywhere from 1~5 days depending on the area the part needs to get to, we always try to send any Great Wall part via the fastest and most cost effective route.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you want to return a Great Wall part that you have purchased from us please make sure that you comply with our returns policy that is listed here:
- Any returned part must have a copy of the invoice or the invoice number with it, without the invoice number we will not process any credits, please note that we are unable to “find” your invoice number for you.
- If we have supplied incorrect or faulty parts we will offer a full refund on receipt of the incorrect or faulty item, if we need to we will organise pickup of the faulty or incorrectly sent parts.
- Generally if you have ordered the wrong part and you still want the correct part we will not charge you the handling fee if we are re-supplying, if we can’t re-supply then the handling fee will apply.
- Parts can not be returned after 7-days of delivery.
- We do not have to accept any parts for return at all if you have simply changed your mind or no longer require them
- All parts returned that are no longer wanted by you and we have decided to accept for return will incur a minimum 20% re-processing fee and all freight will have to be paid for in full.
- We do not offer a money back return on unwanted or incorrectly ordered parts, any refunds will be given as a shop credit and NOT paid out in cash, the shop credit can only be used to purchase Great Wall parts from us.
- No new parts can be returned if the packaging or part has been damaged or the item has been used/fitted, sorry there are NO exceptions to this rule.
