Terms and Conditions
If you have used your credit card for purchasing, your card will not be charged until we are ready to despatch your parts, for your security and safety we will destroy your credit card details after you have been charged
On your credit card statement the charge from us will appear as “Strong Group parts”
The Great Wall parts listed here are not available from our regular physical showroom and are listed with special prices that are lower than the normal price we would sell the part for if it was in our showroom, all Great Wall on this website are shipped to you and can not be collected from our showroom.
- All prices include GST
- Parts listed here must be purchased online through this store by Visa or Master Card credit card
- All parts listed here are used parts unless otherwise noted
- Freight is an additional charge and is calculated on the website after you enter your delivery details in the shopping cart area
- Freight charges are final and non negotiable and are based on a minimum 2~3 day delivery, however actual delivery times and dates are out of our control as we do not own the delivery company and we accept no responsibility for late deliveries.
Terms of Sale, Warranties and returns.
- All Great Wall brand items are guaranteed for 60-days EXCLUDING items sold in the BARGAIN BIN area of this website, items sold in the BARGAIN BIN section are sold with defects known or otherwise so these items are sold as-is.
- All non Great Wall brand items are guaranteed for 30-days
- In the event of any problem or issue with any part please phone us first (09) 634-0065 as we may be able to resolve your issue for you.
- Parts can not be returned because you have changed your mind, no parts can be returned after 7-days of sale.
- Electrical items will not be refunded if incorrectly fitted.
- New items that have been removed from packaging or are damaged or have been fitted will not be accepted for return
- Freight can not be refunded at any time.
- No Great Wall part can be returned for credit if it has been modified, dismantled or damaged by you.
- Parts accepted for return that are not faulty will be refunded if accepted by us for refund less a 20% restocking fee based on the total invoice value including freight.
- Do not lose your invoice as it must be presented for any warranty or refund claim, we can not find this for you.
- Parts can not be cancelled once dispatched, if you cancel after dispatch the 20% restocking fee will apply to any refund given, the freight can not be refunded.
- Prices shown on this website are special online only prices, in store prices at our physical location will be different and most times will cost you a bit more than purchasing from our online store
- We do NOT allow in store pickups for items purchased online, all online purchase are delivery only.
