Our Parts Warranty

All of the Great Wall parts that we sell at All China Parts are covered under our warranty and are also covered under the consumers guarantee act.

The act helps you when you have a quality issue with any products, and it also makes sure that your rights are protected. The act also protects us in certain circumstances such as when you want to make a warranty claim but the part has been damaged due to neglect and abuse or improper use and fitment by you.

Here are some of the basic warranty conditions you need to know about before you purchase any of our Great Wall Parts.

• You must retain your invoice to claim any warranty, no invoice means no warranty!
• Used parts are covered by our warranty for 6-months from the date of purchase.
• New parts are covered by our warranty for 12-months from the date of purchase.
• Parts that have been damaged or tampered with by you will not be re-supplied under warranty.
• Our warranty is a replace or repair warranty we do not offer a money back warranty.
• Parts that have been used in a manner not recommended by the original manufacturer will not be replaced under warranty.
• Parts used in off road use are not covered by our warranty and will not be replaced.
• Items damaged due to improper use or being fitted in an unprofessional manner will not be replaced under warranty
• Any warranty claim item must be returned by you to us for inspection before a replacement is supplied.

In all instances where there maybe a warranty issue you must contact us straight away as we want to make sure any issue is resolved in the best and fastest way possible
